On Friday, June 26th, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the Hattie Carthan Community Garden cordially invites you to a fun filled night at the garden. I’m not sure what movie they’ll be presenting, but here are the other details:
The evening will begin with a sunset garden tour at 6:00 p.m. The movie starts at 8:00 p.m. sharp and will be followed by a discussion. Admission is free, however there will be home made culinary delights, t-shirts & garden promotional items for sale. All proceeds from this event will go toward startup costs for the Hattie Carthan community farmers market which opens on July 11th 2009.
Please bring a blanket or lawn chair to ensure a seat under the starry skies. Movie nights in the garden will continue throughout the 2009 summer season.
